The restaurant was started by Nilanjan Bhattacharjee, a Software Engineer whose passion for food inspired him to create a place where students, professionals, families and food lovers could enjoy authentic Bengali meals without spending heavily.
During his college and hostel days, finding affordable and hygienic homestyle food was difficult. Bengali Imperial Restro was born from the desire to solve that problem for others.
